The Confederated Tribes of the Goshute Reservation contracts law enforcement services from the Bureau of Indian Affairs under a P.L. 93-638 contract.  The program allows for two full-time positions.  Officers provide services to the residents of the reservation and also enforce violations of the wildlife and trespass ordinances.  Patrol services are available 24/7.

Incarcerations facilities are available thru agreement with the White Pine County Sheriff’s Department or at the Bureau of Indian Affairs Facility located at Owyhee, Nevada.

Twenty-Four (24) hour dispatch service is provided by the Tooele County Sheriff’s Department by calling 911.
The Goshute Indian Reservation is on the enhanced 911 system, so the dispatcher immediately can identify the address of the call.  Residents who live on the Nevada side of the reservation are provided the same service when calling 911
