Transporter Position Vacant

This program is under the CHR Program and provided medical service transportation to Elko, Tooele and Salt Lake.  Service is available to eligible residents living within our service area (Ibapah/Wendover).

Due to raising costs for transport services, a new “Transportation Policy” is being developed.
Service is only available to those residents with REALIBLE transportation ONLY!!
To schedule service, please call the Health Department a minimum of 5 days prior to your appointment.
